PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL COMPETENCY OF ENGLISH TEACHER: GENERATION DIFFERENCES

<p>Teacher professionalism has been instrumental in the understanding of development teacher competency This study, this study aims to examine level PDC English among different generation. used method qualitative research with approach descriptive interpretative analysis employed a interpretive analytic research. The subject involved teachers JABODETABEK from junior high, senior and vocational school levels. result showed that each generation level. Teachers who are as baby boomers, Gen X, millennial, since there is only one Z teacher. Furthermore, boomers have high percentage none, knowledge, skills because limited respondents. Moreover, X more points rather than other generations. In addition, reached competence all points. These indicate level, particularly preceding generations such millennial</p>
